Where are They Now? Celebrities of the Past

Like the stars in the sky, celebrities shine brightly before fading out and disappearing. Throughout the years the actors we followed intensely as they brightened the movie screens fizzled out and left the limelight. But where are they now? Here are a few of the stars from the past and what they are doing presently.

Shannon Doherty:
Many of us can track Shannon Doherty's career all the way back to her role as Jenny Wilder on "Little House on the Prairie" in 1982. From there she went on to star in a few made for TV movies, a few cameos on popular TV shows such as "Airwolf" and "The New Leave It to Beaver". She wasn't as highly known until her role as Brenda Walsh in "Beverly Hills, 90210" and her role in the cult classic "Mallrats".
In 1998 she played Prue Halliwell on the hit series "Charmed", where she was one of 3 charmed witches. After cancellation, Shannon Doherty appeared in a few more TV movies and did a brief stint on "90210", an updated revival of the original breakthrough series.
In 2001 Shannon was sentenced for drunk driving and was given the option of 10 days in jail or 20 days of work-release followed by 3 years of probation and a $1500 fine. October 15th, 2011, Shannon married Kurt Iswarienko and was followed by a camera crew during their wedding plans for her shoe "Shannen Says". Since then Shannon has returned to TV movies, the most recent being her role as Gretl in "Witchslayer Gretl".

Corey Feldman:

At the age of 3, Corey Feldman started his acting career in a McDonald's commercial. Since then he has accomplished what many actors fail to; regular work. Some of his most notable roles were in blockbuster hits such as "Gremlins", "The Goonies", "Stand By Me", and "The Lost Boys".
Corey has since starred in many low-budget movies, and was often seen acting aside Corey Haim, who died of a drug overdose in March 2010. Aside from acting, Corey Feldman is also the lead singer of his band Truth Movement and is still releasing albums and touring. They also dedicated an L.A. hospital concert to Michael Jackson following his death.
Corey is still acting and will be seen in the upcoming movies "6 Degrees of Hell", "The Zombie King", and "Zombex". Corey Feldman has found the recipe for keeping busy in Hollywood.

Haley Joel Osment:

The line "I see dead people." is still used in movies today. However, the line is not delivered as well as it was when whispered by Haley Joel Osment in "The Sixth Sense", where he played a young boy who was able to see ghosts. As with many child actors, as they grow, they fade away. However, Haley Joel Osment was never really gone.
Aside from appearing in the occasional TV series, Haley lent his voice to many different characters spanning a variety of mediums. He was the voice behind Myka in the "Buzz Lightyear of Star Command" TV series for an episode, the voice of a variety of characters for "Family Guy", and the voice of Sora in the popular video game series "Kingdom Hearts".
Most recently Osment will appear in "I'll Follow You Down", "Adventures of the Dunderheads", and "Wake the Dead", all of which are in post-production.
