This sandwich/roll thing is trending all over today because of the video commercial released by McDonalds for their new McLobster leaking on Youtube (see video below). This is not a new sandwich, it is just rare, having been for sale on and off in only a few cities, in Canada at; in Maine for example, the lobster roll is famous, and locals claim the McLobster roll there is just as good. The lobster roll was also spotted in New England, you might have to travel a bit next time the McLobster is spotted.
