Google TV: Slamming the competition?

The Google TV landed with a slam and is sending ripples through the marketplace, but what about the other companies already blending internet and TV? Whether they are already planning on it (Rovi), upgrading their existing services to compete (Microsoft, Yahoo), thinking about thinking about it (Samsung, VIZIO, Boxee) or already working on it (People of Lava, MIPS) each one could tell us a little bit about where this market is headed in the coming months and years.
