Top 5 Streaming Platforms Competing with Twitch

We have seen several live streaming platforms emerge over the years, but for video game streaming none have been able to surpass the popularity of Twitch.tv just yet, where over 60k active monthly video game streams are seen by 15 million users (early 2019 estimates). A close second is youtube, where 22.5k people streamed video game content in the same period.
2019 has been an interesting year. More content creators are looking for decentralized platforms and alternatives to YouTube and Twitch.
With Ninja leaving the platform, and some other drama, it hasn't been looking so good for Twitch lately.
Content creators are picking their favorite new platforms and the viewers follow.
Ninja is now using Mixer. PewDiePie has announced a partnership with DLive.
What are the most promising looking new streaming platforms?

Sliver.tv

(Windows, Android)
Sliver is my new favorite. It has built-in giveaways and viewer interaction features.
There are often airdrops and events to participate in.
Sliver has a digital currency called TFUEL which can be earned by streaming, by watching streams, joining giveaways, and from donations. And the giveaways are pretty awesome. Sliver partners with the Brave Browser, as well as new games to host raffle rewards for viewers. Streamers can also set up their own raffle rewards for their viewers and earn new followers on Sliver or other social media accounts.

Mixer

(Windows, Xbox One)
Mixer has some unique interactive features like MixPlay, which lets the viewers vote for events to happen in-game - taking control of the monster spawns, dialogue decisions, etc. More coming in season 2 of Mixer when viewers can learn Skills, which gives them special effects to use in streams they view and host Video Game rallies with mini-games.

(Windows, iOS, Android)
If you're looking for a decentralized platform check out DLive. Built on the Lino blockchain, and like many DApps (decentralized apps) on the blockchain, it has a digital Token currency that can be earned by both streamers and the viewers/users of the site. It has many of the cool features we're used to from Twitch, like saving replays, special emojis and chat features, and subscriber features.

IBM Video , formerly Ustream

(Windows, Mac, Android, IOS, PS4)
If you are looking for professional streaming and cloud video services this is one to check out.
IBM Video offers a paid service to set up live or on-demand, scalable streaming features from your website, studio or business, with available API to code it how you want it. I think it is here to stay thanks to some unique features like IBM Watson A.I.
Although it's not free like the others, you can try it for free for 30 days.

Gaming.YouTube

(Browser, Android, ios)
Since there is no longer an app or dedicated service for youtube gaming, the place to visit is now at https://www.youtube.com/gaming to get an overview of the most streamed games and current live streams.
