Icarus revealed today

The mysterious site and trailer for the upcoming game Icarus, by TakeTwo And Rockstar games (I believe) has enthused (and annoyed?) many.

The trailer doesn't really say much about the game and neither does the site.
So today they will reveal more? Is there gonna be a movie or extra download?
