So Real it's Unreal - Graphics 2014

Not only is the Unreal Engine something you can start playing around in for free, it's also amazingly powerful. All the better if you have the knowledge and software to create and bring in your own 3D models.

I'm not sure where this apartment model originated. I have seen it with a couple of different shaders and lighting effects. In the below video it can be seen in as high as 4k resolution (the compressed Youtube version of "4k") and looks incredible.
